The management was unhelpful when issues arose, and the room itself felt outdated with old furnishings. We had difficulties with the breakfast quality, as they offered a very limited selection that didn't meet our expectations. The seemingly pet-friendly policy was misleading, as we encountered unwelcoming behavior from staff regarding our pet.

Hotel Walser is a very pleasant place. We have been there for 1 night and wish for more. The manager was extremely nice and he even helped us to get to the lift across to Chamonix (with his private car).
